The Montessori School of Panama welcomes our entire community in Panama City, Panama. We are a bilingual Montessori educational center committed to establishing the intellectual, emotional and physical foundations that favor the development of the skills of our children and young people. Our School offers a personalized, humanistic, values-forming education that is respectful of life and the biophysical environment; it is also aware of the advances observed in science and technology through comprehensive preparation, taking into consideration the postulates of the Montessori Method.

We base our academic offering on preparation for life, providing our students with the foundations that will make them individuals capable of successfully facing the challenges that the changing world presents to them.

Our mission is to contribute to the development of individuals with the capacity for critical and active thinking, who are supportive and peace-loving, tolerant, respectful, well-trained, with a work culture and prepared for community life. We recognize that for a school to be successful, children and adolescents need the support of both parties and that the parent-school relationship makes a big difference in the education of students.

Montessori Methodology

The Montessori methodology is based on the scientific work carried out by Dr. Maria Montessori, who placed special emphasis on the stages of individual development. The Montessori method has been in existence for over a hundred years and there are currently more than 20,000 recognized schools around the world, which gives it an international category.
